Obama Admin Seals Records of Murdered Border Patrol Agent Implicated in Fast and Furious

Hiding facts related to Fast and Furious by sealing record surrounding the murder of Brian Terry does a disservice to Brian Terry's family and to the nation. Americans deserve the opportunity to hold those responsible accountable.

The Obama Administration has abruptly sealed court records containing alarming details of how Mexican drug smugglers murdered a U.S. Border patrol agent with a gun connected to a failed federal experiment that allowed firearms to be smuggled into Mexico.
